We’re hosting our annual AGM and meal at the Thai Sakon restaurant, on Sunday 3rd May 5.30pm, see attached.  All members are welcome, numbers are limited so, booking is on a first come, first served basis.  It will be £10 per person which is obviously subsidised so that cost is not a barrier to coming.  Given this level of subsidy entrance is limited to HSGA members and partner / immediate family thank you.  No booking will be taken without payment.

The Thai Sakon specialises in vegetarian options please let us know if you are vegetarian when booking.

This is usually a good social evening where we can meet and chat to colleagues as well as meeting our obligation, as a registered charity, to have an annual AGM (which doesn’t take up too much of the time!)

There is a car park next door (it is on the far end of town on the other side of the rail works) please note you may have to pay a small amount up to 6pm.
